People have all kinds of problems with their skating skills. Maybe you dramatically lean forward when heel braking? Do your T-stops involve you falling to one side before you're completely stopped?
I run drop-in clinics at regular times where the idea is you already know how to do something, it just doesn't quite work right. They work like group courses: as a group we'll deal with the issues, that several other people are likely to have too, and you get to skate away having improved your technique.
Because these clinics are about tweaking, rather than learning, they cost just £5 for the hour session. If you feel you don't get anything from a particular clinic you are perfectly entitled not to pay this. Unlike group courses I'm afraid you do not get access to the students area, so you're going to have to remember the practice drills and tips I give you, and no discounts are applicable.
I pick which skating skill each clinic will deal with: so one week it might be heel braking, then next parallel turns, another backwards crossovers. So keep an eye on this website for details of which skill will run on which week.
